Fourth Google Penguin Update 2.0, First Penguin Update of 2013

Hi webmasters, Google should be happy because they have announced the 4th release of “Google Penguin Update” “spam-fighting”. But there is some twist in Google Penguin update 4, It is has been rolled out with Penguin 2.0-technology under the cover, which Google describing as it is a new era of technology that should be stopping spam better than before.

Google’s head of spam department Matt Cutts already announced the new Google Penguin 2.0 update during last week on his tweeter profile through a tweet. He was assuring of new Google Penguin Update 2.0 is rolling out soon, which will be the next generation Penguin update.

In his new post on a blog, Matt Cutts added more details on Google Penguin 2.0, saying that the rolling-out is almost completed and will be affecting 2.3% of English queries and that it affects non US English queries as well. He said:
